Public Release of the New ERCA Training Syllabus

We would like to raise everybody’s awareness to the public release of the revised version (July 2022) of the ERCA training syllabus. The full document is now publicly available. This syllabus provides information for training on permanent and temporary ropes courses. The syllabus describes course aims and objectives, content, methods of teaching, course duration, as well as assessment criteria. Mobile ropes courses are not covered within the current syllabus.

JORNADA DE EXPERTOS PARQUES DE AVENTURAS en España

On 24th October 2019 the European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) will hold the 1st ERCA EXPERT DAY in Spain (Venue: Urban Camp, Calle Castillo de Simancas, s/n, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid).

The event is intentended to be a meeting place for entrepreneurs and operators of adventure parks as well high and low ropes courses in Spain. Highly experienced professionals offer presentations about topics specially focused on our industry. Furthermore manufacturers will attend the event and present their products. Thanks to the personal character of the Expert Day in a relaxed atmosphere you can work on building new relationships and intensifying existing ones within the ropes course industry.

We have invited nearly all companies in Spain operating high ropes courses, adventure parks as well as those who operate it as part of their events company. Furthermore everybody interested in the ropes course industry such as gear manufacturers, governing bodies, insurances, group accommodation providers or those wanting to start an adventure based concept in the future are welcome.

During the event we scheduled several breaks between the presentations and times for get-togethers. So you will have a great opportunity to discover products, new gear and get your questions answered by experts.

The ERCA EXPERT DAY takes place at the ‘’Urban Camp’’ near to Madrid. With its unique style and tranquil setting it is an ideal place for our gathering.
