Unauthorised use of the ERCA Logo


We hereby inform people that a few businesses display the ERCA logo on promotional material without entitlement. This may be on their websites, brochures, letterheads and clothing.
Only current ERCA members are permitted to display the ERCA logo. To check whether a membership is active or not, please check our membership directory.

The following list of companies, at the time of writing, are misrepresenting themselves by displaying the ERCA logo. This is accompanied with an explanation.

VAN RISWICK B.V. (registered in the Netherlands)

VAN RISWICK B.V. displays the ERCA logo on their website without authorisation. The mentioned company does not hold an active membership with ERCA. The company has been requested to remove the logo but has not done so.

VAN RISWICKPRO B.V. (registered in the Netherlands)

VAN RISWICKPRO B.V. displays the ERCA label for training certification on their website without authorisation. The mentioned company does not hold an active ERCA-certification for the scope of training neither an active membership with ERCA. The company has been requested to remove the certification label but has not done so.

CHALLENGE COURSE CONSULTANCY (registered in the UK)

CHALLENGE COURSE CONSULTANCY displays the ERCA logo on inspection certificates issued by them without authorisation. The mentioned company does not hold an active membership with ERCA. The company has been requested to remove the logo but has not done so. Displaying the ERCA-Logo on certificates is generally not allowed. (Note: parts of the proof picture has been removed for anonymisation and customer protection)
