Public Release of the New ERCA Training Syllabus

We would like to raise everybody’s awareness to the public release of the revised version (July 2024) of the ERCA training syllabus. The full document is now publicly available. This syllabus provides information for training on permanent and temporary ropes courses. The syllabus describes course aims and objectives, content, methods of teaching, course duration, as well as assessment criteria. Mobile ropes courses are not covered within the current syllabus.

This workshop is offered an run by Technical Outdoor Solutions Ltd.. As you know, your trainer certificate expires 3 years after the issue date. To collect enough CPD-points over the 3 years you are advised to attend in CPD workshops in additional to your other professional work and delivering training.

Program:
The workshop will be observed by Stuart Wilkes in his role as an ERCA Master Trainer.

The headlines of the workshop content are: Working at Height Systems, Developing & Teaching Rescue, Pre-User Checks.
