This year, the team is focusing on developing new teaching videos of example rescues to be used in future Train-the-Trainer courses. These scenarios provide unbiased examples for trainer candidates, helping them strengthen their judgment, assessment and professional feedback skills. Alongside the practical filming sessions, the Master Trainers are also reviewing and discussing structural developments within the ERCA syllabus, ensuring our training standards continue to evolve and reflect industry needs.
