Public Release of the New ERCA Training Syllabus
We would like to raise everybody’s awareness to the public release of the revised version (July 2024) of the ERCA training syllabus. The full document is now publicly available. This syllabus provides information for training on permanent and temporary ropes courses. The syllabus describes course aims and objectives, content, methods of teaching, course duration, as well as assessment criteria. Mobile ropes courses are not covered within the current syllabus.

The topic of mental first aid is becoming increasingly important in our working environment. This training course is about identification of mental health problems in relationships to colleagues or participants. We strive to teach how to making contact in such a situation and how an initial conversation can be structured. Moreover, we will highlight examples for when professional assistance must definitely be sought and tips on conducting conversations.
