Description

7x19 was founded in 2018. We design and construct, maintain and inspect adventure activities such as high & low ropes courses, zip lines, climbing activities and much more. Our projects take us all over the UK and Europe.

We are a young specialist company, and as we grow we are looking for exceptional people to join our team and to help deliver industry leading adventure activities and exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will be based in North Wales although your work will predominantly be on site at our project locations. This is very much a hands-on role and you will be responsible for the safety and welfare of the site, team and any visitors during the build and the final product delivered to our customers.

An overview of what the role will entail:

Logistics and construction
-Be involved in the planning and organisation of projects
-Lead on site construction to make sure we deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
-Be line manager for other members of the construction team
-Liaise with clients. Ensure our clients are informed and are receiving exemplary service

Health and Safety
-We operate a safety-always culture which is really important to us and our clients. You will need experience of UK Health and Safety requirements and how it applies in our industry
-You will have a good understanding of safety documentation and will be able to produce documents when required.
-You will be a safety ambassador for 7x19 with all stakeholders, clients, staff and suppliers.

Development
-You can be involved with the direction of the company. We are small but we are growing and want to have great people involved in our development
-Bring ideas to the table. We want your ideas and input. Product development is important to us.
-Offer support to the Directors. We don't know it all and many heads make a great team.


Who we are looking for:

Important requirements

-Construction knowledge and experience, ideally including adventure activities.
-Knowledge of the adventure activity and leisure industry
-Working at height/ropes access training/qualifications
-Previous construction management experience
-Understanding of key construction Health and Safety requirements
Methodical, can do, get stuff done attitude
-Be a top person
-Ability to work in most conditions and climates

Please note, you will be required to work away from home frequently for periods of time and travel extensively throughout the UK & Europe.
