Public Release of the New ERCA Training Syllabus
We would like to raise everybody’s awareness to the public release of the revised version (July 2024) of the ERCA training syllabus. The full document is now publicly available. This syllabus provides information for training on permanent and temporary ropes courses. The syllabus describes course aims and objectives, content, methods of teaching, course duration, as well as assessment criteria. Mobile ropes courses are not covered within the current syllabus.

Fortbildungskonzept
Seit der Verabschiedung der UN Behindertenrechts-konvention findet das Thema Inklusion Einzug in die Gruppenarbeit. Dieses stellt Mitarbeiter*innen und Anbieter immer wieder vor neue Herausforderungen. So wenig wie es „den Behinderten“ gibt, gibt es die Patentlösung.
Die Arbeitsgruppe „Hochinklusiv“ arbeitet seit vielen Jahren intensiv an praktischen und innovativen Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung und kann auf viele Erfolge zurückblicken. Die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Standards in erlebnispädagogischen Settings und traditionellen Hochseilgärten ist ein zentrales Arbeitsfeld.
Die vorliegende Fortbildung vermittelt alltagsnahe Methoden und Fachkenntnisse zu dem Thema „hochinklusives Arbeiten“ und versteht sich als Grundlagenveranstaltung mit Bezug auf die Anliegen der Fortbildungs-Teilnehmer*innen.
Voraussetzung, Ziel & Abschluss
- • Voraussetzung: Erlebnispädagogische Grundkenntnisse
- • Ziel: Grundlagen zum Arbeiten mit Inklusiven Gruppen
- • Abschluss: Für die Teilnahme wird eine Bescheinigung ausgestellt. Die Fortbildung vermittelt konzeptionelle Aspekte und Anleitungstechniken, ersetzt aber nicht die fachsportliche Grundqualifikation (z.B. HSG-Betreuer)
