Construction Manager
Description
Hangloose Adventure is looking for a construction manager to help build what will be one of Europe’s biggest adventure centres at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent UK. The whole project is designed and built in house by a small team, the successful applicant will be working closely with the MD and it will be solely based at Bluewater and split between office and construction.The manager will be expected to physically build, as well as manage the project. This is a three year project starting in mid sept with ongoing opportunities.
9 – 5 Monday – Friday (applicant may be expected to work on if necessary to get the job done)
- Excellent communicator
- Extremely practical / problem solver
- Experience of team management
- Robust
- Plant & or rope experience a help but not essential
- Knowledge of sketch up or similar design software helpful
- Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
