This is our formal meeting with a lot of information on upcoming projects and board elections.

Agenda for the Annual General Meeting

Tuesday 27th JANUARY 2026, Start time: 09:00 am GMT (time zone: London, Dublin), entrance opens 30 mins earlier
Assembly format: virtual video meeting (ZOOM software) with electronic polls and elections;

  • TOP 1 Welcome and formalities; determination of whether a quorum is present
  • TOP 2 Acceptance or correction of last AGM’s minutes (from May 2025)
  • TOP 3 Report by the Board
  • TOP 4 Report by the Arbitration Board
  • TOP 5 Report by the Cash Auditor
  • TOP 6 Discharge of the Board of Directors
  • TOP 7a Election of members of the Executive Board (Position: Vicepresident)
  • TOP 7b Election of the Sector Representatives (see note at the bottom)
  • TOP 8 If necessary: Elections of the cash auditor, deputy cash auditor or members of the Arbitration Board if someone may resign

    • 9.1. Adaptation of the Membership Fee
    • 9.2. Voting for or against the proposed future change of the structure of the extended Board

Motions and nominations can be submitted to the ERCA board members according to our bylaws.

NOTE: The following positions of sector representatives are due for election:

  • - "Ziplines"
If you are allocated under any of these sectors then please consider nominating a member for any of the vacant positions or stand for election yourself. If you wish to nominate someone then we recommend talking to the person beforehand. Should anyone wish to stand for any of the vacant positions then a breif letter of introduction should be addressed to the ERCA Board before the members meeting ( ).
