Professor Tim Marsh is considered a global authority on the subject of behavioural safety, safety leadership and organisational culture. He's now moving his expertise into the area of mental health and is passionate about influencing society to consider and create behaviours and cultures that support better mental health for all.
Recently we talked about the extraordinarily high number of safety critical functions an instructor has to carry out each time they are involved in a session. Having the right safety culture in place will enable staff to flourish and support their mental well-being.

Mike Turner – Tree Top Trek
Mike will be talking about a variety of topics around staffing in particular the management of their net parks. These parks are based in very different locations around the UK and therefore attract different types of customers which then affects the staffing required, the sessions delivered etc. etc.
