SpeakersProfessor Tim Marsh: "Staff Welfare the Hidden Part of the Health & Safety at Work Act”
Professor Tim Marsh is considered a global authority on the subject of behavioural safety, safety leadership and organisational culture. He's now moving his expertise into the area of mental health and is passionate about influencing society to consider and create behaviours and cultures that support better mental health for all.
Recently we talked about the extraordinarily high number of safety critical functions an instructor has to carry out each time they are involved in a session. Having the right safety culture in place will enable staff to flourish and support their mental well-being.
Tim Sissons: "Go Ahead, Make My Day" – Meeting & exceeding our customers’ expectations every time
At this session you will get a taster experience of this cutting-edge training programme led by inspirational guest speaker Tim Sissons. After the huge success of ‘Go ahead, make my day’ training workshops around the world, this taster workshop will show the interactive presentation style designed to help customer facing teams work through real scenarios to improve their service excellence without fail.
In a truly unique learning environment, attendees will have to think on their feet and deal with difficult situations such as guest confrontation, as well as every day demands of customers. It’s through these real scenarios that we can transform how teams understand their customers.
Tim said, “I can’t wait to once again present ‘Go ahead, make my day’ to an enthusiastic audience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences. Tim is notorious in the training industry and has delivered consultancy and training services for some of the largest companies in the world.
Mike Turner – Tree Top Trek
Mike will be talking about a variety of topics around staffing in particular the management of their net parks. These parks are based in very different locations around the UK and therefore attract different types of customers which then affects the staffing required, the sessions delivered etc. etc.
The day before, if there are enough people interested, Zip World will open up Bounce Below and/or Zip Caverns for people to have a go on at a discounted rate.
