The topic of mental health first aid is becoming increasingly important in our working environment. This training course is about identification of mental health problems in relationships to colleagues or participants. We strive to teach how to making contact in such a situation and how an initial conversation can be structured. Moreover, we will highlight examples for when professional assistance must definitely be sought and tips on conducting conversations.
