rclogo29. August 2014, ERCA at the Int. Congress REHACARE

The ERCA german speaking working group ‘’People with disabilities in ropes courses’’ will represent their work from 24th until 27th September at a special congress and trade fair in Düsseldorf / Germany.

28.02.-01.03.2014, Working Meeting

The German working Group met again from 28.02.2014 until 01.03.2014. Since this meeting Frank Maihoff retired as coordinator and the group elected Jan Wellmann as new working group coordinator. We would very much thank Frank Maihoff for all his motivation and efforts and feel happy that Frank Maihoff will continue his work in the group.

2013, Working Meeting

In fall 2013 members in the UK concluded to found a british group with similar goals. Ian Roberts and Simon Baker will liase and plan the next steps.

The group is planning to invite a wheel chair technican for knowledge exchange and developing new ideas for usage of wheel chairs in ropes courses in summer 2013.

2011, Founding Meeting

The working group was founded durcing the members meeting 2011. The founding group was leaded by Frank Maihoff. Workshops take place each year and everybody is invited to participate and to bring ideas and motivation.
