One of the consequences of Brexit is that the provision of ERCA train-the-trainer courses in the UK has been fraught with legal and practical challenges. In order to overcome these, the ERCA Executive Board elected to form a Limted company in the UK. Namely, ERCA Services Ltd. It has already delivered its first training course very successfully. The Company is wholly owned by the European Ropes Course Association and is intended to operate on a '' not for profit basis''. The Directors are the three members of the Executive Board. There will be no additional staff members employed to run the Company.
